Turkey is a paradise of sun, sea, mountains and lakes that offers the visitors a complete change from the stress and routine of everyday life. Located on two continents Europe and Asia. The European part of Turkey is called Thrace, while the Asian part is called Anatolia or Asia Minor. Turkey is surrounded by sea on three sides, by the Black Sea in the north, the Mediterranean in the south and the Aegean Sea in the west. In the Northwest is also an important internal sea, the Sea of Marmara.

From April to October, most places in Turkey have an ideal climate that is perfect for relaxing on sandy beaches or enjoying the tranquility of mountains and lakes. Turkey also has a magnificent past, and is a land full of historic treasures from thirteen successive civilizations spanning 10 000 years. Even for a short time, the visitor can see a lot of this great heritage. Everybody wants to come here again and again to discover one extraordinary place after another. All of them, no matter how different, have one thing in common: the friendly and hospitable people of this unique country.

In Istanbul some of the interesting palaces, buildings and neighborhoods on the Bosphorus are: Galata tower, Dolmabahce Palace, Ciragan Palace, Yildiz Palace, Besiktas, Ortakoy, Arnavutkoy, Bebek, Rumeli fortress, Tarabya, Yenikoy, Istinye, Sariyer Uskudar (Scutari), Kanlica, Anatolian Fortress, Palace and Kuleki, Military High School. What else could be seen in Istanbul?! Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Serpentine Column, Obelisk of Theodosius, German Fountain of Wilhelm II, Grand Covered Bazaar,Topkapi Palace, Suleymaniye Mosque and many others.

Other interesting places in Turkey:
Green Bursa where the visitor can see the legendary Mount Olympos, visit the Ulucami (Grand Mosque), the Green Mosque and the Green Mausoleum, the old silk market in the covered bazaar.

The ancient city of Troy is famous with the legendary Trojan Horse from the times of Beautiful Helen, the Queen of Sparta and Paris, the Troyan Prince. Cappadocia, underground city of Kaymakli, rock-cut city beneath the earth up to 8-9 levels where early Christians used to hide from Roman and Byzantine persecution,rock formations in Catalkaya, Konya, Pamukkale, Aphrodisias, Ephesus and Virgin Mary`s House, Temple of Artemis (one of the “Seven Wonders of the Ancient World”, Pergamum Acropolis, Seven Churches of Anatolia, Upper Mesopotamia and other sightseeings in Turkey make it famous all over the world.
